- SiO2 (silicon dioxide) found in natural stones in the area was replaced in the stone spheres
a) Manganese [Mn] was used to add hardness for the spheres
b) Calcium carbonate [CaCO3] was used as a binder for the spheres

- Why were these spheres in Bosnia, and others like it around the world, created by the ancients?
