Social Media Manager

This is a part time position for an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee all of our social media platforms including Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Instagram, Twitter and possibly some YouTube.


  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Examples of previous work and/or campaigns required

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting
  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation
  • Content management & creating, finding relevant content to post
  • Generation of inbound traffic to website and event landing pages
  • Cultivation of leads and sales
  • Inspire community engagement and interaction on posts
  • Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising
  • Leverage the right tools, applications of software to manage content

Desired Candidate

  • Self starter that takes initiative
  • An individual with marketing ideas and the ability to implement them

Additional Skills

  • Not required but would be a plus if the candidate has some graphic design skills and/or video editing
  • Some experience with Facebook ads would be beneficial
